The sudden cancellation occurs, after the emergence of BET’s new station Centric. With the Centric now here, it’s evident that Viacom no longer sees VH1 Soul as a top priority. As expected, both VH1 and BET will release an official press statement.

VH1 Soul, The all 24-hour music network is known as popular showcase for new and old R&B and Hip-Hop videos. Additionally, VH1 Soul features live concerts and documentaries.
