Where The Wild Things Are directed by Spike Jonze

I can’t begin to tell you how I felt viewing the first few minutes of the Where The Wild Things Are on screen. It was like rediscovering a past childhood for the first time again. A rambunctious little boy named Max has a very imaginative mind, but he generally takes his frustrations out on the ones who love him the most. At Max’s age, it’s probably difficult to figure out exactly why there is all this pent up range inside of him.

Running away from home to the lone woods, he sails to the land were mysterious creatures roam freely. Max convincingly sways the enormous animals, that he king and the “wild” adventure beings.

The focus of Spike Jonze’s live film adaption deals with friendships, fears and different emotions. Where the Wild Things cinematography is alluringly stunning, scene after scene. The whimsical Where The Wild Things soundtrack complimented the scenes shot on film perfectly.

Yes it’s a kid movie, and yes there are some silly moments in particular, but Where The Wild something for the entire family to enjoy-a truly memorable masterpiece for all ages.
