What seemed like a start to a promising week has turned into a tragic one. Reports are coming in that Actor Patrick Swayze has passed away. Patrick Swayze, 57, had been fighting against pancreatic cancer since January of 2008.

Patrick Swayze is best known for his films like Ghost with actress Demi Moore, To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar and the unforgettable Dirty Dancing. The 80′s dance classic won the hearts of millions across the globe. The scene’s dance finale between Swayze and Jennifer Grey is still one of the most remembered scenes in film history.
