There’s a new cellphone set to drop this year: The Nexus One. The sleek and innovative new touchscreen phone from Google is set to compete against Apple’s bestselling Iphone. With a resolution screen of 480 X 800 pixels, the Nexus One weighs only 4.69 ounces.

According to Live Android Press Conference Coverage from Engadet, the Nexus One will be available via Verizon Wireless stores in the US and Vodafone in Europe. More carriers are set to be revealed soon. The features for the Nexus One include Google Earth, a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, Noise Cancellation, Widgets, Stereo Bluetooth, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

Without a Plan: $529. You receive a charger, phone case and USB Cable. Free Shipping in US.

T-mobile Plan: $179. Costumers must agree to a 2-year plan from T-mobile.

The Nexus One joins the HTC Dream, HTC Magic , HTC Hero , HTC Tattoo , and Droid Eris that use Android Software.
