If you search hard enough, you’ll find indie band Blue Roses. “Doubtful Comforts” is a serious contender for one of the year’s best songs. If you haven’t checked out the video, which is done in a cool 3-D camera shift. You can check it out below. The music video brings the song entirely to another light and makes you appreciate the song even more, surprisingly.

The single “Doubtful Comforts” conveys emotions of peacefulness, yet possesses a lingering wave of sorrow. Lead vocalist, Laura Groves voice is absolutely mesmerizing in “Doubtful Comforts”, amazing how you get lost in her voice, the three minutes of it playing.

The debut album by Blue Roses, “I Am Leaving” is in stores everywhere. In support of the album, Blue Roses announced their first big UK tour.
