In mid-December Boyle’s “I Dreamed A Dream” became the highest selling CD ever for a female artist on the Billboard 200 soundscan era, and the biggest selling album of 2009. The album even blocked music heavyweights Alicia Keys and Mary J. Blige from the coveted #1 slot.

#1. She shot to “Fame” with the pop smash single “Just Dance”. 2009, without question, was the year of Gaga. The eccentric blonde bombshell set the music world ablaze.
