<p>Being different is not always a bad thing. Just imagine if these designs actually came to life! The concept vehicles, no matter good or bad, definitely catches one eye. Let&#8217;s take a look and see which concept designs made the cut.</p>
<div id="attachment_3391" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/volvogravity.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/volvogravity-300x199.jpg" alt="Volvo Extreme Gravity " title="volvogravity" width="300" height="199" class="size-medium wp-image-3391" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">The Volvo Extreme Gravity Car</p></div>
<p><strong>1.)</strong> Probably one of Volvo&#8217;s most interesting concept designs to date would have to be <strong>The Extreme Volvo Gravity Car</strong> model. The Volvo Gravity Car undoubtedly has a sleek appearance. With its thin outer body, the amount of room for the Gravity car is dismally scarce. Drivers control the Volvo lying face down while steering with handlebars located on the front axle.</p>
<div id="attachment_3389" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/toyaifoot.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/toyaifoot-300x300.jpg" alt="Toyota I-Foot" title="toyaifoot" width="300" height="300" class="size-medium wp-image-3389" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Toyota I-Foot</p></div>
<p><strong>2.)</strong> The traveling experience would be very different if you had the <strong>Toyota I-foot</strong>. The 1mph, 2-legged futuristic transporting machine is controlled by a joystick.</p>
<div id="attachment_3394" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/i_unit.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/i_unit-300x300.jpg" alt="Toyota I-Unit" title="i_unit" width="300" height="300" class="size-medium wp-image-3394" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Toyota I-Unit</p></div>
<p><strong>3.)</strong> Controlled by a joystick like the Toyota I-foot, The<strong> Toyota I-Unit </strong>allows you to drive upright for slower controlled movement, but if you want to increase the speed a little, you can do so while lying back.</p>
<div id="attachment_3390" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/scubasc3.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/scubasc3-300x168.jpg" alt="Scubacraft SC3/Creative Worldwide Ltd" title="scubasc3" width="300" height="168" class="size-medium wp-image-3390" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Scubacraft SC3/Creative Worldwide Ltd</p></div>
<p><strong>4.)</strong> <strong>Creative Worldwide Ltd</strong> came up with this brilliant and advanced<strong> Scubacraft SC3</strong> model. The SC3 not only allows you to travel on the surface of water ,but drivers can go more than 100ft under water. All that&#8217;s required from you when in the SC3 is standard scuba gear. </p>
<div id="attachment_3386" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/peel_p50.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/peel_p50-300x256.jpg" alt="Peel P50" title="peel_p50" width="300" height="256" class="size-medium wp-image-3386" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Peel P50</p></div>
<p><strong>5.) </strong>Peel engineering came out with the <strong>Peel P50 </strong>concept in the 1960&#8242;s. The minuscule P50 best resembles a clown car. With 3 gears, no reverse, you can literally drag this lightweight P50 by a handle.</p>
<div id="attachment_3387" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/embrio.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/embrio-300x224.jpg" alt="The Embrio " title="embrio" width="300" height="224" class="size-medium wp-image-3387" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">The Embrio </p></div>
<p><strong>6.)</strong> Can you imagine yourself riding the<strong> Bombardier Embrio</strong>(Bombadier Recreational Products)? The Embrio is made from the usage of <a href="http://www.howstuffworks.com/gyroscope.htm">gyropscope</a> technology and is powered by Fuel Cells. If you notice the tiny front wheel-it&#8217;s used to keep the Bombardier balanced when stopping at fast speeds. </p>
<div id="attachment_3388" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/leviathan.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/leviathan-300x194.jpg" alt="Leviathan/Adam Valmassoi" title="leviathan" width="300" height="194" class="size-medium wp-image-3388" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Leviathan/Adam Valmassoi</p></div>
<p><strong>7.)</strong> This most recent idea is not only Eco-friendly, it also runs on solar energy as well. Industrial designer <strong>Antonio Valmassoi</strong> unveiled his latest concept the <a href="http://www.ecofriend.org/entry/eco-boats-leviathan-self-sufficient-electric-yacht-runs-on-solar-and-wind-energy/">Leviathan</a>. The energy efficient yacht is powered by two electric jet pump engines. </p>

<p>Honda is looking to pull buyers in with the EV-N plug-in battery electric concept. Plug-ins are better suited for the environment than gas cars. For more on information on the Plug-ins visit <a href="http://www.pluginamerica.org">Pluginamerica.org</a></p>
<p>Details of the new Eco-friendly, electric car are scarce, but it appears Honda has some faith in the new EV-N. It&#8217;ll be most interesting to see how much of impact EV-N will make it in the states.</p>

<p>The auto industry has taken a massive hit in the past year, but we may see a new wave of cars that could possibly help take the auto business back to the top.<strong>Bizzom</strong> takes momentary look at the autos that have been given the stamp of approval by testers. </p>
<p><strong>The Top 3:</strong></p>
<p><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/1image.gif"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/1image.gif" alt="1image" title="1image" width="107" height="117" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-450" /></a></p>
<div id="attachment_370" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/fiat1.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/fiat1-300x183.jpg" alt="Fiat 500 Abarth by Dodge" title="fiat" width="300" height="183" class="size-medium wp-image-370" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Fiat 500 Abarth by Dodge</p></div>
<p><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/2image.gif"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/2image.gif" alt="2image" title="2image" width="107" height="117" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-452" /></a></p>
<p>The <strong>Fiat 500 Abarth</strong> has a charming presence much like its predecessor the Mini Cooper. The four passenger automobile is the one to beat this year. With those looking for ways to improve the fuel economy, the Fiat 500 could possibly be its lifesaver.</p>
<div id="attachment_372" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><a href="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/forfiesta.jpg"><img src="http://bizzom.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/forfiesta-300x186.jpg" alt="2011 Ford Fiesta" title="fordfiesta" width="300" height="186" class="size-medium wp-image-372" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">2011 Ford Fiesta</p></div>
<p>Earlier in the year in the feisty <a href="http://www.fordvehicles.com/2011Fiesta/">2011 Ford Fiesta</a> finally made its way to US soil. Read: <a href="http://carscoop.blogspot.com/2009/03/first-ford-fiesta-hatchbacks-arrive-on.html">First Ford Fiesta Hatbacks arrive on US shores</a>. Expect a big marketing campaign for the Ford Fiesta in the near future. Drivers everywhere will finally be able to get a full head on experience with the Fiesta early next year. </p>

<p>The sleek <strong>Chrysler 300c </strong>was shown briefly during Auto Show held in New York City. The exterior of the Chrysler 300 hasn&#8217;t changed much but there have been improvements made all around. Those improvements include a better interior, possible eight-speed gears and more fuel efficiency. </p>
